I learned a few very important life lessons today. Here they are:
1. It is apparently not necessary to wear deodorant to the library. Just ask the gentleman who's fragrance could be detected throughout the entire second floor.
2. My tolerance for mariachi music is 15 minutes. Then I want to throw the guitarone (sp?)
3. It is completely appropriate to stop in the middle of the road, blocking traffic to converse with your neighbor if you have your hazard lights on.
4. Soup alone is never a satisfying lunch.
5. Learning to drive on a Suburban and driving "boat" vehicles for the majority of my car operating career has proven quite useful in my job.
6. Tucker is a friendly dog. He makes friends with people easier than with other dogs. I think they are jealous of his shining personality, athletic abilities, and boyish good looks.
